-Manufacturers of construction and maintenance works
-Food preparation establishments
-Public and private financial service providers
-Public transport providers and operators

Isasara ang Esplanades, playgrounds at courts sa lahat na public plazas.
Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang mass gatherings. Habang papayagan naman ang religious gatherings na maximum ng 10% seating capacity.
