GERMANY, MAGHA-HIRE NG 600 NURSE MULA SA PILIPINAS

Magha-hire ng 600 nars ang gobyerno ng Germany mula sa Pilipinas para sa partner hospitals nito at elderly care centers ayon sa embahada ngayong Lunes, September 5.

Ang programa ay sa alalim ng Triple Win Project (TWP) ng Germany at gobyerno ng Pilipinas.

Ang Department of Migrant Workers naman ang naatasang manguna sa pagkuha ng mga rehistradong Filipino nurses na may hindi bababa sa isang taong karanasan sa mga ospital, rehabilitation center at care institutions o private duty nurse.

“Filipino nurses employed in Germany benefit from the high standards of German labor laws and ample social security system regulations, including health insurance, pension insurance scheme, and unemployment insurance,” payahag ng German Embassy sa kanilang website.

Narito ang mga requirements para sa mga interesadong aplikante:

  • May kasanayan sa wikang German ng B1 o B2 Level alinsunod sa Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (dapat nasa loob ng 1 taon ang certificate mula sa petsa ng paglabas)
  • Sumailalim sa German language training sa Philippines
  • Dumalo sa language class na magsisimula sa November 2022 – January 2023

Ang mga aplikante naman na mayroon nang mga certificate ng B1 at/o B2 at nabigyan ng higit sa isang taon ay dapat kumuha ng libreng refresher course na alok ng TWP.

  • cover letter at curriculum vitae
  • colored passport-size na larawan
  • kopya ng valid passport
  • notarized nursing diploma sa pagtanggap sa programa
  • at board certificate at kopya ng lisensya mula sa Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Samantala, sasagutin ng Germany ang mga sumusunod dahil government to government naman ang TWP

  • Free German Language training (A1-B1 level)
  • Bonus payment sa pagpasa sa A2 at B1 sa first take (250 Euro)
  • Free translation ng recognition documents at certification
  • Travel expenses (visa at airfare)
  • Assistance sa paghahanap ng matitirhan kapag nasa Germany na
