Foreign investors, papayagan nang makapasok sa Pilipinas simula November 1

PAPAYAGAN nang makapasok sa Pilipinas ang mga foreigners na may investors visa simula Nobyembre 1 batay sa Malacañang.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, kabilang dito ang mga foreign nationals na may visa na inisyu ng Bureau of Immigration sa ilalim ng Omnibus Investments Code of 1987 at Republic Act 8756, at mayroong special non-immigrant visas sa ilalim ng Section 47(a)(2) ng Philippine Immigration Act of 1940.

Kabilang din ang mga foreigners na may visa na inisyu ng Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority kag Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority.

Paliwanag ni Roque, dapat ang mga foreigners ay may valid at existing visa sa panahon na ito ay papasok sa bansa at kailangan ding nakapa-book sa accredited quarantine facility.

“In addition, they must be subject to the maximum capacity of inbound passengers at the port and date of entry and must follow applicable immigration laws, rules and regulations,” dagdag pa ni Roque.

Samantala hindi naman papayagang makapasok ang mga foreign tourists sa bansa.
